1. Delivery Destinations & Timelines
We fulfill fashion, footwear, luggage, beauty, and merchandise orders across all 16 regions in Ghana. Deliveries are handled by verified courier and dispatch services.
Greater Accra Region
Doorstep delivery within 24 - 48 hours following Paystack payment confirmation.
Other Regions in Ghana
Regional pickup hubs or doorstep delivery within 2 - 4 business days.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated transparently at checkout based on your selected delivery location in Ghana. All delivery fees are stated clearly before you proceed to Paystack checkout.
3. 7-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Return Eligibility Criteria:
- Product must be in its original condition with all tags, accessories, and protective packaging.
- Proof of purchase (Paystack order receipt / order ID) must be provided.
4. Refund Processing via Paystack
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our dispatch office, approved refunds are credited back directly to your Mobile Money account or bank card within 3 to 5 business days.
